FFRR Newbie here; just had a very nice example of an 07 3.6 TDV8 delivered (grey with black leather).

Anyway, only minor thing - it has a sticking caliper, so i'll be sorting that myself; my silly question, is there anything to note about jacking the car up? I've had other cars previously that, with their trick suspension, you need to put it in a certain mode to prevent trying to level itself the whole time?

2nd question... it has Grabber AT3s on it, what pressures should they be run at for normal road driving?

Ref jacking up: leave the height at normal or access and then when it is raised, keep a door open which stops the wheels trying to level themselves.when you release onto the ground again they should automatically reset correctly. Make sure you use the proper jacking points if poss or use the chassis. Always use axle stands as back up as these are heavy ladies.

A lot of people rate the Mercedes jacks as most don’t get high enough to get the rangie’s wheels off the ground.

Fronts should be 33 psi and the rears 36 psi, though some run 36 psi all round.

As Dolphinboy wrote, sound advice.

As for the tyres pressure, I have the same type and keep them on 33 front and 36 rear, if I remember well. There's a table on the driver's door pillar under the lock. That's the one to follow.

Yes the pressures say that for the supplied tyres, but I'm still fairly new to off-roading (bar messing around green laning in my brother's Sportrak with proper mud slingers on!) - so didn't know if the more off-road slant of them meant pressures should be different. Did look on the website of the tyre, but couldn't see anything. Thanks for the feedback though, big help.
