L322 front gateway control module issue

Hi I wonder if anyone can help. I was using sdd recently to clear a fault issue with the suspension (all sorted) but during the sdd session I noticed there was a recommendation for audio software update. This was run. Now my entire head unit is non functioning. I have gone over all details I can think of within sdd to try to correct but no luck at all. I can see within the sdd that I need to update the modules but it will not allow me to carry out. Keep getting gateway error Confused
All else with car is ok apart from the dead unit. Anyone assist?

No tried that, won’t roll back. In fact won’t communicate with the module at all

i have used SDD a few times myself 159 is the current version,

i have not see the issue you have described before. but based on what your saying it sounds like there is a communication issue in the cars network might be worth running some network connectivity tests and seeing what fault codes exist. i suppect your issue is not down to the audio update you did.

i assume you had a charger connected to the car when doing the update and the battery didn't die?

Have you disconnected the battery for 10 secs then tried to communicate with the module afterwards?

Yes tried that and run connectivity tests. Looks like it could be gateway problem.
Ran sdd in engineering mode today. Looks for sure gateway.
Have it on order.
Let’s wait and see if it solves the issue
