Coolant leak from back of engine

Hi all , asking for advice again , my 2015 4.4 l405 is leaking pure coolant from the back of the engine. I thought it was the oil cooler but car was in today for gearbox oil / filter change and mechanic had a quick look and believes it's coming from up near the top of the rear of the engine. Due to back log with indie I'm attempting to diagnose the fault so I can get parts and book in. Any advise gratefully received. 2015 4.4 AB
