RRC 4.2 lacking power

I have a 4.2LSE which appears to be lacking power compared to all my other LSEs so seeking any advice please.

I've checked the air filter and swapped the air meter and that hasn't helped.

I fear it might be a transmission problem. The card effectively just accelerates incredibly slowly unless you kick-down compared to my other cars.

I wonder if it might also be an ECU problem. Really I have no idea but trying to work out how I can narrow it down! The fuel pipes have all been replaced and that didn't help either! 1994 Range Rover LSE Autobiography
