No communication with various modules

New owner to range rovers with my first issue Rolling Eyes I have suspension inactive on dash. When plugged into diagnostics I have no communication to the BCU, air bag module or the air suspension module. I have a fault code stored in the ABS module for air suspension CAN error 138. Had a quick look and fuses all ok have good powers and earths to the air suspension module, BCU is working but for some reason not picking up on diagnostics. From what I can see all these modules are on the K BUS with exception of air suspension which is on K BUS and also connects to ABS module via the CAN bus. Any ideas on where to go next.

You could do worse than buy one of these devices from eBay, item number eBay Item No. 183379533939.
I'm pretty certain it will solve your problems and is a very useful item to carry in the car.

Unfortunately that won’t help as I cannot connect to the EAS module to reset anything, and I do already have a diagnostic tool which should be upto the task

I have a similar problem re connecting to diagnostics but for some reason this device connected directly to the eas and abs without any problems, read the faults and cleared them in about a minute. Thumbs Up

Any water in the front left foot well?
Check the ECU behind the left kick plate forward of the door take a look inside for corrosion

Still no communication, I never unplugged it was done by a previous owner by the looks of it. The fault code isn’t p0138 it’s just ‘138’
