front passenger headrest - how to adjust?

please dont shoot me down - I cant lower the passenger headrest, its up high and unlike the rear seat headrests, I cant lower it.
I know there is usually a little ring that you squeeze (oo err missus) but I thibk youll know what I mean.

Any help welcome.


......and another thing, sorry - Anybody know the best place for replacement car mats, my interior is light, almond with espresso bits on dash etc but I want to replace the mats with espresso colour so as not to show the dirt so much.

They dont look too bad at all.
I was hoping for some carpets but in the espresso colour, as it wont show the dirt so much, still undecided.
