Cannot play video files

Hi guys

I am unable to figure out what format of video files I can play. I tried mp4 and avi and those did not work.

What format do you guys use on a USB stick and what tool do you use for conversion, thanks.

I have some video files on a SanDisK 64gb USB that are all .avi and work.

I use VLC player on my laptop as my default media player and just copied them across. BMW X3 30e XDrive M Sport

Thanks Karba. Is there a way to convert a number of files in one go?

well not a script specialist; but you could add all the lines to one batch file
one per line

or if you find a batch script skilled guy i am pretty sure he could write a generic script that would convert everything it finds in one folder 2013 L405 V8 5.0 Aspirated Autobiography
