Did you change the whole strut, or just replaced the bag? If the latter, potentially a fitting/sealing issue?

Sorry I hadnt read the full thread. It sounds to me like you need to drop the leg off and double check its assembly. It shouldnt take long if it's recently been off. Is the top nut tight? (easily checked under the bonnet, just take the cap off). BMW i3 Electric Car

Top nut was right.
Bag is changed and all seems ok for now.
There was no leak when the problematic suspension was inflated out of the car.
Hope compressor life is not shortened because of the heat issue. 2010 3.6tdv8 180k km.
