I just wouldn’t bother, it will make more induction noise and everybody will hear it (unless that’s what you want). Also ask any Turbo overhaul company if a turbo has had a free flowing air filter and they’ll show the compressor blades |

We have an induction kit on our Audi TT Track day car... Its running 300+ hp and the induction noice and subsequent hiss's and woosh's from the turbo & waistgate would drive you potty on the road!

There was a test a few years ago on performance air filters, the old genuine original filters of 20 years ago did restrict flow and a K&N or Pipercross had much better flow....
