Same here Sad

It can take a few weeks from release of a new s/w version to show as an available update in the vehicle, ISTR the 20A update arrived at mine about 3 weeks after release. It seems that JLR stagger the update push to the vehicles to minimise the chance of problems due to too many updates being performed at once (or the dealers being overwhelmed by vehicles with failed updates if/when things go wrong)

Mine was in today for a couple of things that weren’t quite right on collection to get sorted and they’ve installed the 20b software. I’ve only moved it on the drive, but everything seems to be OK..... MY23 Panamera E-Hybrid

Forever,

Have you been to the dealers because I think they have to set the car's software up for SOTA in the first instance? All LR cars from 1984

Yes, it has been, but it appears hit and miss, got the 19a, but not b the dealer did that via a visit, then they said would not need to visit again, and correct c came, but nothing after that...

I think it has to be enabled just once, but the system appears to be unstable... Anyway, here's what it looks like on the dealer's side:

The mess seems to get to them too:

SOTA (Software Over The Air) - NOTICE
Issue:
After completing a ‘Software Update Over The Air’ (SOTA) using TOPIx, it may be noticed the ‘Latest Software’ displayed for the vehicle in the vehicle software tab, is S20B_20.30.2-578440 and the ‘Installed Software’ is S20B1_20.30.2-578440. The ‘Status’ may also not display ‘Success’ Despite the update having been completed successfully.

Cause:
Due to a discrepancy found in the title of the latest software version, TOPIx is unable to verify the software version that has been successfully installed to the vehicle. This prevents the Success status from being displayed.

Action:
There is no further action required, the above issue will not affect the software update. The correct version which should be installed to the vehicle is S20B1_20.30.2-578440, and if necessary this can be further checked on the vehicles touchscreen, by accessing the Software Updates Menu. 2019 Vogue P400e

Did anyone get a prompt to update to S20B1_20.30.2-578440? On the Jaguar forum and on some Velars it is available... 2019 Vogue P400e

Yes!
I got that prompt on Wednesday last week and after hitting the accept button, it (finally) updated.
A scary moment when the screen just went red and stayed there for a loooong 10 seconds or so, but then it said it would complete the update after the next shutdown and indeed it has - all was well as of Thursday morning.

W 2017 - L405 SC - WOW! just WOW!
2014 - L405 4.4
2010 - L322 3.6 - Carried me 100,581 miles then broke big-time

There are 10 types of people in this world;
Those that understand binary,
and those that don't.
