My L322 has a suspension inactive fault. I have lights on the control but it will not go up and down, but just sits at the 'normal' height.
When it was in the garage recently for something else, I asked them to diagnose what the fault was. Unfortunately, my wife collected the car so the answer was a bit garbled by the time it got to me. I think they said it was due to a towbar module in the boot area. Does this sound correct? If so, does anyone know how I can get to it and swap it out?

Module is in the boot, rear right cubby as you look forward into the car, open the cubby and look towards the rear of the space, you should see a grey module tucked up in the corner -- disconnect it and see if it cures the issue, disconnection should have no other effect (other than disconnecting the towbar electrics) Current: 2011 FFRR Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

Can’t see the module. Any further help as to how I find the damn thing?

What tow bar do you have, is it OE or aftermarket?

If you lift the boot floor and trace the towing electric wires back from the grommet the you should find the towing module, first box you come to  There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Never did get to the bottom of this as it was an aftermarket tower with a rats nest of cabling . Anyway, the car has been sold now
