Sounds like the inverter board is playing up for the screen , could be a loose connection to the board but unlikely Far to many gone... |

lcd screens dont like the cold so that might cause the screen to go dim..mine has been doing this for a while now but soon regulates its self... ... - .- -.

Also check your screen brightness settings too.

I'm hoping it was just a little cold - all back to normal now and I haven't seen a repeat of this (yet). It didn't do this driving in the Alps last year and that was much colder each morning. |

does anyone know where the sensor for the screen brightness is located or is it merged with the auto headlight sensor... ... - .- -.
