Rover 75 key cost !

Trying to sell my dads Rover 75 as his driving days are well over. Because its a very clean low milage example, I've put it on a classic car site. Seems sticking point is that it only has one key. New coded remote is around £200 from germany. As I'm only asking £950 for car, I'm Censored if I'm knocking that off the price . Some sort of BMW rolling code device in the immobiliser hence any new key has to be programmed on a T4 ? Suggestions ?
