I'd suggest a cheap Android tablet or phone which you should be able to lay your hands on for £30-40. Just make sure it meets the BT spec required for the IID. I know that wasn't your question but it will make the experience so much easier. The UI on the app is very rich. I can't imagine trying to do it on the dash except for very basic functions. 2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

Although be a little cautious - it says on their website "Android devices fitted with a Bluetooth V4.0 transceiver and running on Android 4.3 or higher. Low cost generic devices rarely work." |

Thanks everyone, its as I thought, that a device is best, so when I bite the bullet and go for an IID tool, I'll get hold of a tablet.

IID tool first mate because you need your car in fine fettle to be able to fetch the wifes new worktop. Lol. |
