Had the FF 6 months now and impressed but like any love affair we now have a fault! Active anti roll suspension fault. Read all the posts but my question is the car safe to use on the motorway to get to indy?

Probably - but maybe not Confused

It depends on what the actual fault is - but AFAIK if there are yellow lights on the dash then you’re OK and red lights mean you’re not. It could just be a sensor, could be more.....

Maybe ring the Indy and ask their advice ?

First of all check the fluid under the bonnet to make suer the system hasn’t sprung s leak, if your happy it hasn’t then its code reader time. If you are driving just be aware it will roll more in corners and bends, you may also have to force the suspension to normal drive height, foot on brake while stationary, then hold the switch in the up position for 5 seconds, it will then raise. Good luck sorting it.

Thanks no leak thankfully but just got the icarsoft v2 as don' t want to risk another £400 GAP from Canada. Got the L322 version but no use!

L322 version of what ? IID tool ?

If so, I thought it was the same tool, you just need to pay the £40 or so for a second VIN but that it read the codes anyway.....

Did I read somewhere about a pesky little wire that goes to the top of the strut that sometimes breaks - or am I a banana? Geoff

That’s the adaptive dampers.... not the anti roll bars.

Unless Iam mistaken the icarsoft v2 is not up to the job. Yes I have the non BT , wish otherwise or maybe a reasonable proposition. I cannot but wonder how restrictive the gap tool is and how much a gap LR hobby can cost! From what I can see its hydraulic pressure failure and possible aar pump failure.
