i bought a set in 2008 and have had a couple of 'bits' replaced under warranty despite it being abuse!

my next door neighbour is an serious amateur car builder (original Aussie Mini Moke) and builds aircraft for a hobby (proper two seaters from the USA that arrive in a big box!)

he was initially a bit 'dubious' but having borrowed a few tools he's now very impressed - for the price

some on other forums have suggested they are very 'similar' to a certain big/expensive 'name'?

Other than the screwdriver bits being a bit brittle, they're a great deal for the money. I've had mine almost 4 years and it's been fine apart from 2 or 3 screwdriver bits snapping, even they were replaced free of charge by Halfords. 2006 Mercedes CLS

Halfords regularly do the 3 for 2 offer

thats when i pick up the Megs products i use - particularly the Gold Wash that i add to snow foam to give a 'shaving foam' consistency
