2011 logic 7 main drivers speaker

Hello all,

I've currently got an issue with the main lower speaker in the drivers door.

I've inspected and looks like the cone at the rear has separated and not accessible to fix.

So the main question is do I replace with a second hand unit or do land rover still sell them?

Get yourself some new clips for the door cards too, you’re bound to lose/snap a couple in the process.

Wow, this is spooky, I just worked out this evening that I have the exact same problem! Noticed on certain bits of music there's a little bit of a crackle/bang from the bass speaker on the right hand side, exactly the same!

I saw new speakers for ~50quid on LRParts.net, with the part number: XQM500420

Ours was quite bad with most music, hopefully the speaker will be delivered tomorrow so will get that fitted

It must be a common fault, the one I replaced was a replacement rather than the original!
