2011 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Santorini Black

Recalls - do they have to be done by a main dealer?

When checking my MOT date I saw that there's an outstanding recall on my L322 - P054 - FRONT BRAKE HOSE DURABILITY.
Does anyone know if I can use an independent for this, or does it have to be a LR main dealer?

as its the manufacturer thats paying for the job then i would think only a LR dealer can do this.. ... - .- -.

I've just had the recall completed at the local LR dealer, took a few hours and they even gave me an Evoke to run around in.
