2012 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 V8 Santorini Black

updating DAB stations

On my last car there was an auto tune function.
Does anyone know how to update the DAB Stations?
BBC 5 Sports Extra appears to be currently missing

just read some of your old posts and can see you now have a 18 reg..

this is from the online owners manual,

press 'find' [number 2] to select available stations.. ... - .- -.
