1. No, shouldn't be a problem just obviously don't drive anywhere like it.

When I had my TD6 I purchased 2 Delphi units from island 4x4. Had no issues.

LR used Delphi, NOT Dunlop. Your photo tells you so.

As Joe90 says, OEM airbags are Delphi not Dunlop. People who got Dunlop airbags have had problems with them in the past.
