SDV8 dipstick looking thing

Good Afternoon
Would anyone be able to tell me what the dipstick looking thing is with the curved arrow on the top next to the oil filler on the SDV8 engine

I believe that’s where they extract the oil, when doing an oil change. Might be wrong.... that could be the other side.....

Oil extraction tube for engine oil. A vacuum pump attaches there after the cap is removed by pressing down and turning anticlockwise.
Doing mine at weekend as a mid-service change.... Thumbs Up 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"
New Defender D300 90 on order so "Rory" will be going to a new home....!
