Both of our cars are up for sale and the plan is to either sell both and get either a newer discovery 4/5 or another larger 4x4 for my wife (she currently has an evoque -for sale on this forum) or sell hers and let her have my d4

Private plate will be removed upon sale and it will go back on a 13 plate

a lot of peeps not buying cars with covid / jobs etc.... especially in lockdown...... my mate who's in the trade says its a good time to be buying cars as not much moving

I have to agree about the snorkel. I have no horse in this race but if I was in the market, I would definitely be put off by it, as, to me, it implies the car has been used in extreme conditions, which is entirely possible but I wouldn’t go out of my way to advertise that fact. If it hasn’t...........

If I was in the market, the snorkel is one of the things that would draw me to it. I’d also be adding more lights for the extra off road look.... You can see it’s been looked after and not been up and down a river.

That said, it’s a valid point on a car that looks like it’s been bashed about a bit.

If he removes it, holes will be left around the air intake on the wing, which would def cause issues for a prospective buyer....

Thanks Robert, it is a very nice car but things are a bit slow at the moment with lockdowns and travel restrictions so selling isn't easy at the mo. Not in any hurry to sell and won't be disapointed if it doesn't sell  Paul

Removed from sale. Have just spent a small fortune on even more upgrades (including brembo brake upgrade and yet another new set of wheels and tyres) so keeping it for the moment. May try again when the covid nightmare is a memory
