DAB+ Upgrade to 2011 model year L322

Is there a DAB+ unit that will fit a 2011 model year L322 TDV8 vogue SE or is the upgrade more involved.

There are loads of very similar numbers on eBay except the last digit.
BM
BN
BP
Etc

Does anyone know the difference and if they are compatible also?
