Scotland 2007 Range Rover SE TDV8 Java Black
Air suspension L405

Help please
when i stop and select access height the vehicle starts lowering then midway down i see it changes to select extended height. Now it now tells me suspension fault and switches of the control for height and terrain response there is no fault code logged.
any ideas please

If the front struts are original then oil is likely to have leaked from the shocks into the air-springs which prevents lowering to access height. Going into extended height while trying to lower to access height is a typical indicator of the fault.

MY13 and MY14 L405 and MY14 L494 are affected.

Problem now sorted it was the exhaust valve at the compressor which was blocked, same problem as on the L322 a small hole drilled through the valve solved the problem 07 Vogue SE Java Black 3.6 TDV8
