Hi Everyone,

Ive been lurking around these boards for ages now picking up all sorts of info on Range Rovers. After what feels like a lifetime I have just agreed to purchase a 2016 AB SDV8 in Farallon Black from a Land Rover dealership in Edinburgh.
I had intended to buy a year ago but with COVID and various lockdowns I decided to put it off for a bit, the temptation however became too strong and jumped on a car that had everything I was looking for... oddly enough although its a 2016 it has the infotainment from a MY 2017???

Im lucky enough to have a friend at JLR who was able to pull the service history and the warranty claims on the vehicle before I bought it, So I know its been a pretty reliable vehicle up until now, and thanks to members on this forum I feel like I am getting into ownership with my eyes open.

Anyway, pictures will follow and I hope to be a regular contributor

MY17 cars would have started being delivered at the end of 2016 (at least I believe this is usually the case)
