l322 4.2 sc

viscus fan on a 4.2 supercharged is a different fan to the 4.4 petrol? 3.6 diesel? ect is the thread a different hand thread on the 4.2 SC?? i have a v8diesel fan with the car but suspect it wont fit after looking at the threads?

The SC fan (and I think the Jag 4.4 - not the BMW) is an anti-clockwise thread to undo so different to the other fans. Hope this helps?

thank John do you know if the cowling is the same on all L322? or is the SC different cowlings?
