Jacking.....

I've noticed that the jacking points on the L405 are completely different to the L322 and won't work with my current sprinter bottle jack.

What do others use? Different bottle jack or high lift trolley jack.

Or are there better places to jack the car up (e.g. front/rear cross member or lower suspension arms) 2017 4.4 SDV8 Autobiography

I’ve got a bottle Jack and a trolley Jack and have only ever used the LR Jack to lift the L405 (on a level garage floor granted) immediately followed by axle stands.

Don't use suspension arms or any other place not in the manual.

I had deployable side steps and they hang lower. That I used for jacking up. Then there is a jack stand point where I kept the jack stand.

Will this help? I was able to change front and rear brake pads and disc. For front I recall I had to remove the under tray to get access to Jack stand point.
