Wanted to change both front suspension arms today. As you can see from pic, one of them put up a bit of a struggle..... (Angle grinder sorted that)
Tomorrow will attempt other side.....

That's one way to remove them

Finally gave in to 2lb lump hammer and grinder, must invest in decent joint splitter (broke mine trying to remove this joint)
Looked at Land Rover's proper tool, £163 cheapest I could find! So a couple of quid in grinding discs was cheap!

Job done

better to grind then keep hamering and break more stuff, and less chance of hurting yourself
