During last year's lockdown my car was hardly used, so I bought an adaptor from the Forum shop (see above) and plugged an Optimate trickle charger (originally acquired for use with a motorcycle that is used only when there is no salt on the roads) in to the towing electrics. It was very easy and convenient, especially as I cannot open the bonnet when the car is inside the garage. If you have towing electrics that would seem the best solution. There are other kinds of chargers, I think others on here use CTEK, you'll see the kinds catered for by the adaptors on the shop page.
if you don't have towing electrics you should be able to clip the ends of the charger cable to the charging posts under the bonnet. Older 322s have permanently live cigarette lighter sockets and one can plug a charger into those and then just close the door on the cable, I did that once with my 2004 322. I don't think the later ones have that, so you'd need to attach elsewhere. There are threads about people attaching adaptors (not like the ones sold in the Forum shop) to batteries so that chargers can be plugged in to those adaptors, you'd maybe be able to locate them using the 'Search' button above.
