Spoke to Pat at Gap as when I went to do the software update I got a warning that it could leave the car inoperable!
So I left it! Still needs paired everytime I switch on the ignition!
Waiting to see if Mike Park will do that for me on its next visit to the garage! His waiting list takes months!! 2014 vogue se

I got a similar warning from them when I mailed them.

They suggested that I look into getting a BT module from a newer RR and fit it to my own car to make it work better as an alternative option.

I need to do more research on that first
