Replacing ambient leds in door pockets

My 2013 AB has the drivers door pocket led on its last legs only 10% working, and the rear near side one is dead. Anyone changed these and is it necessary to remove the door cards to replace them Can you even get them as a replacement? Picture shows the working near side front in green.

I believe they are part of the door card? Very happy to be proved wrong... BUT! Neutral

Just eventually got through to Landrover Dealer, they are available at £23.91 + vat each. Anyone got a door card spare that they could have a look how they fit?

Thanks Stan. Thumbs Up I checked the manual and it doesn't show the LEDS at all, neither does it show how to remove the bottom door pocket, probably just screwed on from the back though. Be great if someone had a door card they could photo to show what it looks like from the rear.

Thank you for the replies. Some very useful information there. Bow down Just need to get the right tools to remove the cards and have a go. I'll try and document it for others as I can't find any info on how to access the actual leds and change them.

Well, they didn't need replacing after all. They had just become detached from the light guides. The garage where I bought the car from re-fitted them when they did a warranty repair. Having researched the task, bought the trim removal tools, bought the torx bits, I am prepared if they ever fail Rolling Eyes

Big thanks to all and especially KOT for his valuable assistance in getting the right info for this task. Bow down
