Haha yea but the dealer had it for sometime sitting in the corner of his sales lot. They originally wanted £1500 for it so told them after a year I've got £500 for it as it is. It had bushes growing over the top of it so pulled the battery of my van git it started with that. Brakes eventually released crawled up onto the trailer and that was that. Sorted the chain and still going today

A problematic 322 is worth whatever one is ready to accept to get rid of it. One would argue some have been given one, etc. I've heard people buying them for a few hundred pounds, because they'd need thousands to make them running again.
breakers buy them for 500, 1000 max.

We bought ours for £2000. (check the video here: &t=1s )

It was unloved by the previous owner who wanted it gone from outside his house at the beginning of the lockdown last year. It had been keyed all down one side. Had plenty of rust and bubbling on the rear arches and upper and lower tailgate and had not been serviced while in his ownership. So plenty of reasons why we only paid £2,000 for it. You can now pick these up in the hundreds of £ for a poor example but you'll need 1000s to make them reliable again. It is always cheaper to service your car than to 'save' on servicing then problems arise and one decides to let it go for peanuts. l=Oo\________/oO=l l:OolΞΞΞΞΞΞΞloO:l

I’ll give it a watch.

Once I’ve worked out the financials it’ll be interesting to see what happens with prices over the next 8/9months. To be honest I may decide to pay and get someone to locate a decent one for me! or go through the general forum collective opinion!

With 322 like many other things, you are better off buying the best one you can afford.
Still plan a few £££ for a thorough service and inspection. remember these are 10/19 years old vehicles.
Well worth the effort and expense though.

United Kingdom 2008 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Tonga Green

I bought an 130k 08MY TDV8 at the bottom end of the market owing to a turbo (just one!) issue. It’s now sorted alongside the cracked inlet manifold and it runs like a dream and looks the nuts polished up. Probably owes me 5-6k inc routine maintenance and I’ve had it just over two years now.

Pretty good deal indeed.

Here's what it take to sort a cheapo 322 :

£2,000 Overfinch Range Rover! - deal of the century or nightmare in the making?
