Cabin Filter

I am having low output from my Dash vents,
Lots of airflow noise from fan but weak output.

Are there cabin filters (thinking they might be clogged)
If so where are they any info for instruction links to change them?

Drop down your passenger side lower dash storage door and there is a cabin filter in there .
Look on youtube there is video of how to do it very easy.
