When I got my RR, I did not have any no claims discount as the NCD was on my D3. Direct Line were the only ones who came up with a reasonable price. Even this years renewal was better than the online websites.

More tracker/insurance info. Abandoned Direct Line over their insistence on a tracker. So did Go Compare got lots of quotes, no mention of trackers anywhere. Chose Churchill. Signed up online, paid up. Fortunately I had a slight query so phoned in. During the conversation the agent read out the conditions, first line said a tracker must be fitted. So bailed out of that. So third time I phoned Axa as had been mentioned before, and asked the question. All ok now, no tracker mentioned on Axa. What a nightmare, so just be careful when purchasing a new policy.
