Volvo Bluetooth module. Is it compatible with Range Rover?

Hi all,

I've seen that Volvo cars has a Bluetooth module that is similar to the one we have in our L322 (they even have the same connectors) and I was wondering if any of you have any experience if they could suit our cars?

Volvo Bluetooth modules can be found for around 20€ while Range Rover are +100€

This is a volvo on https://www.ebay.es/itm/114254900151?hash=...ondition=4

Thank you 2012 Range Rover 4.4 tdv8 Autobiography

Aston Martin DB9 circa 2006 used the Volvo MOST system... The Dension iPod kit cross-references to both AM & 322 so it has to be worth a go no?
