Thank for your comments chaps!

The camera was changed to a new camera from LR and delivered the next day, everything works beautifully and delighted to receive the Land Rover 12 month warranty through the door today. The car drives exceptionally well, it's incredibly refined and the engine and gearbox are sublime, the seats are soft but supportive, suspension, excellent.

Perhaps one gripe is the HK HD sound, or lack of mid range but I did turn it up today and it actually isn't too bad.

It's quite a special car, first registered by Land Rover Vehicle Operations Department where it was given the registration 18 RR, then changed to LR1. Subsequently it changed owners twice more in short succession until it was bought by a chap n London who owned it for quite a few years. I think it has had warranty every year since he had it due the number of warranty books in the doc pack.

I fitted new tyres, Pirelli Zero and it's had a polish and a 3 year ceramic coating which took a couple of days. The chap did a great job, the metallic in the black pops out so brightly in the sun. If you are local to Oxford - Autogroom Car Car, check his Facebook page, some incredible cars there.

There were surface scratches due to normal car washing, not too bad but they have all now been removed, the paint is really good for a car of this age.

I bought a rattle can of exhaust paint and tidied up the back box, and apart from that it doesn't need any thing else!

Just thought to update with the bits I had done!

I forgot to add, the wheel nuts were swollen! : )

I replaced with a set of steel, un capped, nuts. Getting the old ones off was a ball ache!

Try turning the Logic 7 off for the audio as that makes a big difference to the sound. 2011 TDV8 Vogue SE

Thats looking super Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

When I had one of my L322 I always kept the little red push in cap on tow hitch otherwise it filled up with detritus and was a pain to get the ball hitch in, other may not agree but just me.

Love that interior Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

So history would suggest one of the Chauffeur cars from JLR, nice history too shes a keeper for sure

Lovely car mate, I’ve always wanted a tan interior. Never quite been brave enough yet.

Just FYI “LR1” is the registration used by the CEO of JLR. So you do have a pretty special car. Usually would have been chauffeur driven.

That has come up lovely, it looks superb!

One thing that triggers my OCD is your rear number plate! You should get the proper RR sized rear plate on it to finish it off Thumbs Up (IMO)
