Fault code U2101-56 (2f)

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has come across the above fault code. I am having trouble with my FBH not starting on remote or manual call for heat through the info screen. Just wondering if this is connected?
Also when i look at the list of ECU's on my IID tool it states that the Aux heater is not fitted?? when clearly it is as i can make it fire up through the IID tool test feature.

Thanks again,

Tom

That seems strange that it says it’s not fitted, have you tried changing it to fitted in the CCF on the gap tool to see if that makes a difference.

Thanks for your reply.
Not yet not sure how to tbh. I'll look into it this evening.

Very easy to do, if you go to the page that states it not fitted the option should be there to change to fitted, it will ask you to confirm and then it will change it to fitted. Sometimes it comes up that the operation has failed but that is misleading as it usually does carry out the operation successfully. It’s been awhile since I’ve changed anything in the CCF files but if you give the gap manual a quick read it will show you how. Good luck and hope you get it resolved.
