Passenger side air vent removal on a 2012

How do you remove the vent? Looks like it has 4 latches/clips inside.
Grateful for any pointers. For a family member's car.
The Powerful UK video is for an earlier car with less clips

Found it on WM. It was buried deep in Cooling Rolling Eyes 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"
New Defender D300 90 on order so "Rory" will be going to a new home....!
