As the title suggests the FF does not want to go into and stay in access mode. It drops quick enough and then bongs at me instantly and goes into extended mode.

After removing the 300 clips that hold the compressor housing together, I could see the exhaust filter, removed it, cleaned it refitted it and still no joy. So i removed it and then tried again, still no joy but then the compressor really struggled to get the FF back up to ride height. So I have refitted it, and am stuck in normal height for the moment. It did mess about intermittently ever so often, but now it seems to have completely lost the plot.

Any clues? have I got a knackered module/sensor of some sort? Could it be the compressor? No errors or bongs, it sits level, ride feels normal.

Suggestions welcome.

Might be worth getting codes read. Perhaps a faulty height sensor? seems to me that the auto rising is a failsafe occurrence because something is at risk when dropped down? 405 AB exec seats Baltic and Cirrus
