The conversion plate is on the thread below. You can get them on ebay. I designed it and had one made by a really good machine shop and suggested they put them on ebay ... opensource!

Disclaimer: I have no financial interest, affiliation (or liability) with the machine shop that sells these. If people decide to use them they must evaluate the risk themselves, although I am certain these ones are miles safer than the jack that comes with the car!
