My opinion would be if you don’t claim on someone’s insurance when they do wrong
And damage your property how will they learn not to be more careful?

Next time it may be your house and your property that gets damaged………….

Evening,

Just a final update on this, after a few posts on Twitter and including thier CEO and competitors they agreed
With me and paid out the full cost which I gave them for a mop and polish so I am now £1k up

Just goes to show perseverance pays…………….
