2013 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Causeway Grey

L405 Turbo oil leak internal or external

Hi I have been told that I have oil leak from my nearside turbo. I have heard if the leak is only external you can live with it but I have also heard if leak is internal this can lead to major problems. Has anyone any advice or comments on this
