Can anyone please shed some light on the above fault code on my 2011 L322 4.4TDV8. It says it is "missing calibration" but when my local independent LR man tried to clear the fault it wouldn't clear and if he tried to re-calibrate the sensor it wouldn't re-calibrate without clearing the fault first - a classic Catch 22!
When starting it displays "Forward Alert not Available" and while driving if I try to engage cruise control it displays "Cruise not Available". I would dearly like to clear the initial fault and get this working again so any advice would be very much appreciated.

Yes I did. The sensor is held by three screws through adjustable plastic mounts. One of the plastic mounts on my sensor had broken and instead of the sensor facing forward it was pointing downwards towards the road. I repaired the broken mount and fixed the sensor to have forward (up the road) and all has been ok since. To get to the sensor you have to remove the front bumper - there is a good YouTube video showing how to do this. Hope that helps.
