Our green machine has finally come to the end of its useful life with our family. It was fun whilst it lasted.
2007 (57) Range Rover Vogue 3.6 TDV8 in Tonga green with sand leather interior.
Owned by me for just under the last three years, it’s on 136,000 miles with service history. Very presentable colour way and well looked after. Not modded or or messed with, all original.
Sold as spares or repair as not drivable. It left me stranded on the A3 a few weeks ago and after a discussion with the local indi it is likely to have eaten its own turbo and spat it into the engine. Engine fires up but quickly dies so will need moving by trailer or recovery truck. Interestingly no dash light on. Everything else worked before it died with some significant work completed in my time: new turbo; air intake manifold; air suspension strut; ignition barrel; air con condenser and recharge; complete brake overhaul - discs, pads and brake lines and new General Grabber AT3 tyres less than six months ago.
2 remote keys, pile of receipts and log book all present. MOT expiry end of Dec. Extra pics on request.
If you are after a project and are handy with a spanner this could be for you!
I think £2,000 is probably about where it’s at noting that it’s a non-mover and it’s parts value but happy to take advice.
