It has puzzled me since taking delivery of my 2020 Autobiography earlier this year. It could just be me but with the front headrest in their most forward position i have to tip my head a long way back to make contact with the headrest. Am i missing an adjustment somewhere or is this the norm as it seems in their present position they are functionally useless. Agueroooooooooo. 93-20
