Which FFRR do you miss the most?

Just been talking of family cars of old. The question is right now which FFRRthst you’ve had in the past (yours or in the family) do you miss the most and would have back in a jiffy?

- Me a Bordeaux red Classic hard dash V8 auto that we used to bomb around the steelworks in Teesside? Not a family members but an old friends and my first experience of a FFRR at the age of 22

As it’s nearly Christmas…I’m sure we can reminisce about any vehicle…but we’ll have to ask Stan to magically relocate this one to the other cars thread

United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Buckingham Blue

I miss all my cars for one reason or another. The Granada was my Grandads, pretty rare as it was a 3.0 manual. Polished it to death when I was like 13….

Wish I still had the M5. Worth a fortune now….

Spain 2012 Range Rover Westminster TDV8 Baltic Blue

My '88 Vogue 3.5 V8 manual, got it when I was 19 in 2001. Rotten beyond belief. Still got my 2nd and 3rd FFRR.

Other than that...my parents 1999 Rover 800 2.0 auto, they had from '99 to 2005 - I loved that car. It was gold metallic with beige cloth with red piping and carpets! It was a pig of a car, but I just loved it. I preferred it over my dads then-new 2001 S-Type Jag, much to his horror. 2012 4.4 TDV8 Westminster - Baltic Blue, Jet interior
1997 P38 2.5 DSE auto & 1998 P38 2.5 DT Manual
1988 Vogue 3.5 EFI - Manual, gone.
2004 Volvo C70 2.0T convertible, had since new.
2007 Mazda MX-5 2.0 Sport Roadster/Coupé, had since new.
2024 Mini Cooper S cabrio, JCW kit, 2.0, DCT auto

In my case this was one car I miss. Shouldn't have scrapped it as it just seemed too keep going and going.

United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Autobiography TDV8 Santorini Black

FFRR wise this one;

My first L322, when I lived in Bahrain (fuel at the time there was about 15p per litre, half the price of water).

But as other cars are being included I'd have to list this;

A 127 used as a workshop vehicle during the Camel Trophy in 1990;

2010 Range Rover Autobiography TDV8 Zermatt Silver [Gone]

First thing to look out for to see if a Camel is genuine as opposed to a 'Shamel' is the Coventry reg..

Which reminds me, my first ever job was with a company at Coventry Airport, noticed one day a pair of Camel 110s parked outside the helicopter company next door, likely picking up spares. Don't think it will have been for Siberia (sure they will have used a local helicopter) but may well have been prior to the 1991 event (Tanzania / Burundi). 2010 Range Rover Autobiography TDV8 Santorini Black
