Illuminated aluminium treadplates is there a on off setting?

Hi, I have the autobiography Illuminated aluminium treadplates but they are not Illuminating, is there a setting somewhere to enable or disable them ? I've tried in the ambient lighting section but nothing there. Thanks. 2021 P400 Silicon Silver AB

Have they ever illuminated ?

Are the regular interior lights coming on when you open the doors ?

Haven't seen them lit yet but its only a week old Laughing all the other interior lights are functioning including the puddle lights from the bottom of the mirrors. 2021 P400 Silicon Silver AB

Possible that whoever fitted them didn't connect them ?

[Edited] just realised it's a brand new car - back to the dealer then...

you could be correct Alistair...even on a new car its a possibility that they havnt been connected.. ... - .- -.

AJA500 just sent me over a link to this video which shows a reset of the interior lights which worked a treat, happy to report they are on now. Thanks Allister Thumbs Up
