L405 3016 4.4 v8 diesel intermittent low coolant warning

Hi guys for the last two days I am intermittently getting a low coolant warning on the dash. The oil intercooler was changed under warranty in May 2021, and I was wondering if this is part of the same system?
Is the car safe to drive?
I can't quite work out where the fluid should be in the coolant reservoir.
On cool engine when looking inside I can see pinkish liquid right at the bottom of the reservoir below a small oval hole? I can see any max or min markings.
Think will call the LR dealer in Surrey where the car was repaired under warranty tomorrow to book it in for a check.
Any advice would be much appreciated thanks a lot.

The cold max level is when the coolant is just on the top level of the oval hole.
There are max and min lines visible if you remove the black plastic cover on top of the reservoir

As LandPhil says above...

And to add, you shouldn't drive the car with that warning unless you have a competent person check it over... Running out of coolant can cause a HUGE amount of damage sir... Thumbs Up
