Recommended OMB Diagnostic Tool?

I have a 2003 RAnge Rover HSE kicking out multiple errors. What OMB diagnostic tooll/brand and model is recommended?
I would like to be able to hard reset errors and trace reacurring faults. Mainly transmission, suspension, ABS errors.
