Vehicle precondition

Whilst ordering our hybrid vehicle today I saw that there does not seem to be any mention of availability of preconditioning.
I know up to my18 there was a separate Eberspacher heater and following that the engine could be started with a mobile app.
Does anyone have any knowledge of what the L460 hybrid will have?
